FSO Kit grade entry allows you to enter grades over 100%

I entered 10000% one coffee loaded morning. The grade stuck in FSO and wasn't caught until a grade audit.

This is now fixed in the 3.05 release. Please remember to tell your overachieving students that 10000% is no longer possible.
