"Open All Downloads" will hide any previously opened download sections

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Click the Download button for any assignment
  2. Click "Open All Downloads"
  3. Any assignment you had already expanded will now be hidden.

Resolved this by having the page's load grab all the files, this way the opener doesn't keep remaking ajax calls.  Simplified to a show/hide.  "Kit" updated.
