FSO Kit should be working again.

I'm in the process of analyzing what all has been changed to FSO.  Since I'm not on the FSO-team, this may take a little while.  To be helpful, describe everything you find that is no longer working with the Kit.  (So far, I have found the grading tooltip broken).

This will be fixed on the "Kit" soon.

Resolved this by having the page's load grab all the files, this way the opener doesn't keep remaking ajax calls.  Simplified to a show/hide.  "Kit" updated.

Now added to FSO Kit.

This would have to be done by the FSO team, would not be possible in the "Kit".  Our goal is to collect these kind of issues and pass it to their team.
